Alcohol for Weight Loss?

We’ve all heard that alcohol can actually pack on the pounds if you drink it, but listen to this: a study in the Archives of Internal Medicine found in their study that when women who had one or two alcohol beverages a day were less likely to gain weight when compared to non-drinkers, and these women lost weight despite consuming the more calories. And look, researchers put some theories into this, such as people who take long term or long term moderate drinkers metabolize alcohol differently. It flies in the face of what a lot of us would assume would happen.
