I want to make sure that I’m exfoliating my skin and what I used to exfoliate. My skin is a, a bar soap and a loofa. You can find this anywhere on Amazon, moving on to vitamins. The three vitamins that I use every single day is one college and Pepsi aside to Omega threes, three vitamin D. When I started using these supplements every single day, a month later, I see significant results with my skin. The stretch marks that I had was going away.

And on top of that, I can physically see my skin just molding and sticking towards my body. Another big question that I’ve been asked is that how much water? So we drink to avoid loose skin. Water is vital.

We all know that, but how much I drink a gallon a day. I also recommend my clients to drink a gallon a day and they see significant results. It used to be hard for me to track how much water I’m drinking on a daily basis. But up until I bought the 64 ounce flask on Amazon, it was easier for me to track how much water I’m drinking. I can drink a gallon a day just like that, because all I know what this bottle, all I need to do is drink this twice a day, every day, and I’ll be drinking a gallon.

I carry this with me everywhere I go. This is like my book bag. This is a part of me.

I know this is going to help me to avoid loose skin. What’s the point of losing weight. If the body’s not going to look great, the next thing I focus on is my blood circulation throughout my skin.

Now, now I want to make sure that butt is evenly circulating throughout my whole body. My muscles are loose. Not only it will help with the circulation around the skin also will relieve muscles. You’ll loosen up your muscles and you’ll be able not be so tense like this all the time. And that’s very vital.

If you want to be able to be consistent throughout your weight loss journey, especially when it comes to working out and showing up to the gym. There’s two things that I use to help with blood circulation. Number one is a foam roller. I will form roll my chest, my calves, my whole body.

The second thing is if you want something easier than a foam roller, and you’re willing to invest a little bit more than our recommend a massage gun. And what that does is just massages your whole body like this. That’s the way it works. As you can see, I’m circulating my blood flow.

This massage gun is one of the best investments I ever made because I can reach hard areas that I can do with the foam roll. And I use it every morning or whenever I come back home from work, I love it because it’s like having a massage every day, when it comes to eating greens, it has a lot of benefits, but one of the main benefit it also helps with is with the skin and the two vegetables that I recommend that I eat to help with avoid loose skin is kale and spinach. These foods are very high in vitamin a whenever I’ll eat spinach or kale on a daily basis, I will see my skin improve. We want to treat our skin just like how we treat our body is a part of it. And we just only focus on losing weight and not taking care of the skin.

That’s going to lead to horrible skin. But if you focus on body scrubbing, putting on lotion, taking the vitamin supplements and then drinking a gallon of water per day on top of that, circulating your blood. And lastly, eating the greens that will help you to avoid loose skin.

You’re unstoppable. You’re going to reduce your chances of getting loose skin. Now, as a guarantee that you’re not going to get loose skin, the answer is no, it depends on your body, your age and who you are as a person. However, this is the best method that I’ve found to reduce my chances of getting loose skin.
